Although we offer several flexible payment options at Alex Martin, DDS, you can save on the cost of preventive care when you join our Membership Club. For a low monthly payment, you’ll get the routine dental care you need in the most affordable way possible.
When it comes to our Dental Membership Club, you’ll find options for adults, children, and patients vulnerable to gum disease. No matter which savings plan you choose, you could save hundreds of dollars a year while avoiding insurance hassles like waiting periods and claim denials.
The Alex Martin, DDS Membership Club is an exclusive, in-house savings membership. It is not dental insurance and is only valid at our office in Scottsdale, AZ.

For patients with regular cleanings and absence of periodontal disease.

- Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)
- Doctor exams (1-2 per year)

Perio Membership for Patients with Periodontal Disease
For patients enrolled in active periodontal maintenance due to prior treatment of periodontal (gum) disease.

- Perio maintenance cleanings (3 per year)
- Dental exams with Dr. Martin (1-2 per year)
- Fluoride treatment
